Our customer service will be of the highest possible standard in line with the codes of practice set out by the Petcare Trust and The British Dog Grooming Association.
The aims of these Codes of Practice are to:
* Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare.
* Promote responsible pet ownership.
* Develop staff training programs.
* Improve training standards.
* Promote better understanding
between customer and business.
We will also commit to continual improvement in our services to keep abreast of changes in the Grooming Industry and bring safe, reliable up to date products to our customers.
